I am helping to sell my mothers (7) Cemetery Plots in Washington National Cemetery. These are all located together in Section F (This Section is sold out and very desirable, located center of the Cemetery). She has owned them since February 1976 and is the original deed owner... I mention this because they may come with a little good luck towards a long life. Washington National Cemetery is located just outside the Washington DC line in Suitland, MD. Section F - Lot 397 - Spaces 1, 2, 3 Section F - Lot 398 - Spaces 1, 2, 3, 4 Selling price $2,100.00 each Space Current Cemetery price is $4,199.00 each Space (You save 1/2 price) I want to mention also, these Plots can be modified to double deep Spaces, meaning you can bury (1) over another in a single Space. Making these (7) Spaces capable to occupy (14) loved ones. Thats not all, any side-by-side Spaces they allow a crematory Bench for (2) on top of the side-by-side Graves. Allowing for (6) more loved ones. Thats a possible burial Site in one location for up to (20) loved ones. There are added costs from the Cemetery to consider: Deed transfer cost is currently $299.00 per Deed. If you buy all (7) and put them all on (1) Deed I will pay the $299.00 transfer cost. If you choose to buy individually and Deed them separately, it will cost you $299.00 each individual Deed. The Cemetery did mention something about waving this cost if other services are purchased from them at the time of the Deed transfer.
